Spot on, very comforting. Precisely what you’d expect from a vendor.

A buddy of mine told me about this shop, and since I was in the market for a new helmet and had a bit of Christmas cash, I decided to make the trip down the A5. It’s conveniently located just off the M69 roundabout, and they’ve got dedicated bike parking along with a few spots for cars.

The store is massive! With two floors, there’s a ton of stuff to check out. They’ve got gear for every budget, from beginner kits all the way up to high-end brands like Rukka.

As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed and encouraged to look around freely. They mentioned that if I needed any help, they’d be more than happy to assist. The helmet section is on the first floor, and wow, what a display!

I was checking out the brands when a staff member came over and assured me I could try on any helmet I liked.

The motorcycle world changes fast, but the team here really knows their stuff when it comes to the latest in helmet safety.

I was after the new 22.06 standard, and they had a good selection. One of the guys did some hands-on checks and shared his thoughts on the fit of a couple of helmets, explaining why he felt one might suit me better than another.

I walked out feeling like I’d made a solid choice, which is a nice change from the usual uncertainty I’ve felt in other shops.

I’m also thinking about getting a leather jacket soon, and I noticed they had airbag jackets with the airbag integrated! I wasn’t ready to buy one right then, but two guys at the counter spent a lot of time discussing airbag tech with me, giving me plenty to think about!

They were quite busy, and it seemed like every staff member had a hand in helping me out, so big thanks to all of them! Ayden, I believe his name was, helped me with the helmet and was super patient, so I really appreciate it!

Fantastic assistance and friendly team, I had been on the hunt for a helmet for a while and found one that really stood out on their site. I called to confirm they had it in stock, and the guy on the line even set it aside for me so it wouldn’t get snatched up!!! When I got there, the folks at the register pulled it out for me to try on and check out. They gave me tips on how it should fit and what to look for, super helpful!!

All in all, a great experience with these folks, I’ll definitely be back for more!!!!!

Being in the US, I’m super cautious about safety when it comes to motorcycle gear. I’m all for splurging on quality and don’t just go for brands that everyone knows. It seems like most motorcycle gear shops in the US either push their own products without being upfront about it or they’re too fixated on the big-name brands. But when I’ve ordered from UK vendors, like Moto Central (MC), it’s a whole different ball game. The UK has way stricter safety regulations for motorcycle apparel than we do here, so I prefer to shop overseas where I know the sellers genuinely care about their customers' safety.

I stumbled upon MC through another UK motorcycle gear seller and shot them an email over the weekend about a hard-to-find pair of boots. To my surprise, Rob from MC got back to me in just ten minutes with a thoughtful response—not some robotic nonsense. After chatting with him, I decided to place my order right away, and I got my boots in just six days! That’s pretty wild, especially since many US sellers take forever to ship anything. The boots were exactly as described and in perfect shape, thanks to the careful packing. In the US, it’s all too common to get packages that look like they’ve been through a war zone, with items that seem like they’ve been returned by someone else.

In this automated age, when I interact with a business and an employee keeps their word, it really makes a difference, and I tend to stick with that seller. I’m really thankful for the top-notch service I got from Rob and MC, and they’ve definitely become my go-to for motorcycle gear from now on. Big shoutout to Rob—he deserves a bonus, especially with the holidays coming up! :)

I ordered a pair of gloves from their site. They were listed as 'available', but after three days with no word from the store, I had to reach out about my order. I was informed that they were actually out of stock with their UK suppliers and I could either pick something else or get my money back. To me, 'in stock' means it's in your warehouse, not scrambling to find a product after I've already paid. When I asked for suggestions on alternatives, I was simply given a link and told to browse their site myself. Thanks, but that’s not how you treat customers, especially when the error was on their end. I work in customer service myself, and I know that when something goes wrong, we make it right for the customer instead of leaving them to figure it out. Just awful service.

I just picked up my new helmet at Moto Central in Wolvey today. A young guy (sorry, I didn’t catch his name) was super helpful. I’ve got a small head, so it’s tough to find helmets that fit well, but I’ve now got a fantastic Shoe, and it’s the best fitting helmet I’ve worn in about 20 years! Their prices are always good, and he even set up the Pinlock for me. I’ve always had awesome experiences when I stop by. Big thumbs up from me!

Dropped by today to grab a new full face helmet. I asked for some guidance, and Ollie was super helpful. After I shared what I needed, he quickly showed me some options. He gave me the lowdown on the fit and the pros and cons of a few helmets. Once I made my pick, he ensured it fit just right. I'm really happy with my buy. Big thanks for your help, Ollie. After the owner reached out to me, I decided to update my review. The item was dispatched almost right after our conversation, and I got it the very next day. Jamie was fantastic, kept a calm attitude, and didn’t throw Rob under the bus or act rude like he did. They promised that the person I spoke with would get some training, but I’m still leaving this as 'ok' since Rob really dropped the ball on customer service. He didn’t listen to me, and I spent hours trying to sort things out, with Rob only offering a refund when things got heated.

Their eBay listing claims a 5 business day shipping policy. When I pointed this out, Rob wouldn’t explain why they weren’t shipping on time. I went back and forth with him, but he still wouldn’t ship the item within the promised timeframe. This has been the slowest handling time I’ve ever experienced. They say shipping takes 2-3 days, but it’s been over 10 days just for handling. It’s absurd! Honestly, I could’ve ordered directly from the manufacturer and had it shipped to me by now, and they still haven’t sent it out!

Had a fantastic time today while looking to buy a new crash helmet and jacket, but I was totally clueless. It quickly became clear that this was no issue for the team there, who kindly and patiently guided me through everything. After a couple of hours, they happily took my hard-earned cash! In the end, I left the shop with exactly what I wanted and a big grin. Definitely recommend ...

I went in to grab a helmet and was pleasantly surprised to find out they offer a fitting service I hadn’t seen before. I can’t say enough good things about John; he made sure I got one that fit just right. Honestly, everyone I met there was super friendly and knew their stuff. I’d totally recommend this place to anyone.

I've picked up helmets, leathers, gloves, and boots during my many trips, and they've always been super helpful; they even stayed patient while I was messing around trying to find the perfect Summer boots for me!

I bought an Arai helmet from Motocentral at a sweet discount and they actually had it in stock! That wasn’t true for other vendors. There was a little hiccup with the helmet, but I reached out to the caring crew at Moto-central, and they sorted out a repair under warranty. I’ll definitely be shopping here again.
